Terms of Service

Services

All Kayanda LLC services and software systems are provided as-is. Kayanda LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any system for a particular purpose.

Payments

All payments are final. Kayanda LLC does not offer refunds except as required by applicable law. Enterprise service terms are governed by separate written agreements.

Liability

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Kayanda LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use any Kayanda system or service.

AI Outputs

AI outputs generated by Kayanda systems are provided for informational and operational support purposes only. They require independent validation. Kayanda LLC is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs without independent verification.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of Kayanda LLC services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Class action waiver applies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law. Kayanda LLC operates as a U.S.-based entity subject to U.S. jurisdiction.
